When and how do I prune a blueberry bush?

💡 Our Advice
Pruning should be done between November and March when the plant is dormant. Remove any damaged or diseased stems and also one or two of the oldest canes each year, cutting them at the base. Cut out any low branches that will touch the ground when laden with fruit and remove twiggy wood on the ends of fruiting stems.
