How can I protect my red banana plant through the winter?

💡 Our Advice
The safest way to protect your plant is to gather up the leaves so that they are all facing in an upwards direction and loosely tie them. Then cover the entire plant with several layers of fleece which will allow the plant to breathe and allow some light to penetrate. Never use plastic, as this makes the plant sweat and it will start to rot.
