How can I protect my Tree fern through the winter?

💡 Our Advice
Gather up the fronds and wrap the top 50cm of trunk and base of the fronds with several layers of fleece. Push some straw or into the top of the trunk to help protect the growing point, and cover it with fleece until spring. Do not worry about the fronds, if they get damaged by wind and frost the plant will replace them next spring, so long as the growing point has been protected.
