Why are the leaves on my Fuchsia withering and falling off?

💡 Our Advice
This is probably Fuchsia rust which will totally defoliate the plant if it is not dealt with. Look for tiny orange/yellow spots on the underside of the leaf to detect the fungus. Remove any badly affected leaves on the plant and collect up any fallen leaves. Spray the plant several times with Rosegarde from Vitax or Rose Shield from Doff.
