Why are there maggots in all my plums?

Our Advice:

This is plum moth. You can spray the tree with PY Insect Killer from Vitax or Provanto Ultimate Fruit & Veg Bug Killer from Bayer just after the flower petals fall to control adults and again 3 weeks later to kill caterpillars. Pheromone traps indicate the best time to spray.
