How can I kill Japanese knotweed?

Our Advice:

Wait until the stems are about 30-45 cm high, then spray the soft new growth with Superfast Long-lasting Weedkiller from Neudorff. This will be absorbed by the leaves and travel down kill the underground stems. Several applications will be needed.
