Do I need to protect my camellia from frost?

💡 Our Advice
Most Camellias are very hardy, but if they are in pots the roots may need protecting with bubble wrap. Flowers may need protection from thawing too quickly after frost so on very cold nights cover the plant with fleece until the following mid-morning and then remove it.
