When can I move an established corkscrew hazel?

💡 Our Advice
The best time to move your shrub would be in autumn, just after the leaves fall. Try to get as much root as possible and keep as much of the soil as you can around the root ball. Do not cut it down until you have moved it (the tops will give you something to grab hold of while you are moving it), then cut it down by one-third.
